Hey friends, how's it going? I hope you are doing well.
I’m super stoked to be writing this newsletter because I have been working on some exciting stuff behind the scenes and it is officially done.
My first product from Cuesta Studio is out now! I wanted to share it with the newsletter subscribers before anyone else, so much love y’all!
BITS & BOBS Zine
My Bits & Bobs zine is out now over at Cuesta Studio
Bits and Bobs is a rough collection of my personal design works.
Work ranges from circa 2020-2024 and is an exercise in type, image, layout and texture.
So many of these full designs or elements of have been forsaken to live and die on the internet, so this piece of printed media is a small remedy to the quick to consume and quick to forget world of design and art we now live in.
I hope these designs last a little longer in your attention span than viewing them on social media, inspire you to make shit of your own, or at the very least leave you with a decent haptic item to flip through when you’re bored.
Each Bits and Bobs zine is hand-numbered and limited to a pressing of 108 copies.
+ they will all come with a bonus 3 pack of stickers
When i first had the idea of launching Cuesta Studio I knew i not only wanted it to be a place for client work but a fun design studio where I could release my own products as well.
I am so excited to be able to release a zine for the first product launch.
I love printed media and ever since it to into the punk/hxc scene when i was a kid i wanted to release some kind of design zine.
That idea i had as a young kid has finally come to life and I’m happy I get to share that experience with people who love art and design!
I have a bunch more ideas I am cooking up for Cuesta Studio, but for now I hope you enjoy this zine and sticker pack.
THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING PHYSICAL ART AND DESIGN
Much love, Jesse.
Thanks for reading!
I plan on keeping this newsletter free, but if you want to support, the best way is to share it with a friend :)
So cool, congrats! I also have been feeling this secret desire for creating print products. Also, is one of those designs a reference to Dandadan by any chance?😆
It looks so good!!
