Fortnite For Mental Health haha
I have been playing the No build mode lately on Fortnite, Shoutout to Oversettext for getting me into it and being a great duos partner. Anyway I think I'm addicted again. This is a good thing though... let me explain. I have always been super obsessed with games once I get into them (Overwatch, Fortnite, MW2, Hearthstone) and for all of 2022, there hasn't been a game I got into. The reason this is bad is when I don't have something to play in the evenings I can get restless and I'll end up just doing more work which causes me to burn out. So I know how this may sound a little backwards but playing video games actually makes me more productive haha. This whole theory about Rest and its importance is outlined in this book I'm reading called "Rest". (Kinda on the nose, but it's good)
Stuff I currently like and stuff I'm looking forward to!
