How's it going, everybody? Hope you are doing well.
Lately I have been knee-deep in developing new stuff for Cuesta Studio, client work, and trying to fit in a few videos here and there.
Being so stressed out at times with staring at a screen all day, it makes me grateful I found a physical hobby I love doing so much like rock climbing.
Rock Climbing
With that cheeky little segue being said, I wanted to let y’all know I dropped some rock climbing bumper stickers on the Cuesta Studio shop.
They come in a 3-pack and are printed on high-quality all-weather vinyl.
Now you can be a niche ass foo by showing you love not only graphic design but rock climbing too.
the 2 pillars of any 21-30 year old person who lives in our around Sivlerlake lol
Foreal though, I’m stoked on how these turned out and wanted to share them with you all. I originally Just was going to make these for me and my homies but they came out so clean I thought, we might as well put them up in the gift shop.
So check it out and I’m stoked to see my fellow climbers rocking (pun intended) these bad boys.
Stickers aside though, rock climbing has been a crucial activity for me since becoming a freelance graphic designer.
I spend so much of my time staring at a screen and sitting down for like 80-90% of that time. It’s so important for me to have a hobby that actually gets removing.
It’s nice getting stronger too, not gonna lie.
Rock climbing is so sick cuz it challenges your brain and satisfies that competitive side I have, it gets you moving around so you don’t feel like shit all the time and you actually get stronger.
I always hated just lifting weights or running so this has been the perfect medium, It’s like playing a game and you get to accidentally work out lol
I think anyone who works from home, at an office all day, or just dosen’t have a more physically demanding job should find some kind of physical hobby.
you don’t have to go super hard or get all hyper obsessive either, just something to get the body moving.
Anyway, for any of my fellow climbers reading this, much love and if you cop a sticker pack, I hope you enjoy it!
Talk soon. Much love.

Love the vibe here. I totally agree that finding something physical like rock climbing to break up the screen time is really powerful. Thanks for hte great article, Jesse.
