Now more than ever

Hey friends

Missed the newsletter last week cuz I was so fried driving back from NorCal on the weekend I needed to recharge a bit. I’m feeling so inspired though now after creator camp.

Creator Camp

Last week I went to this dope thing called creator camp. The founders brought together all these insanely talented creatives for workshops, sharing ideas and overall just kicking it.

It was amazing hanging out with like-minded people but from different niches to get perspectives.

Everyone was super chill too outside of the “work” environment, always a good time when you can share a hazy IPA with the homie Ethan Uncurated lol

I’m so grateful for all the opportunities content has afforded me and a community like this is def one of the hugest PROS

Anyway.

I honestly can’t believe I’m starting to become “legit” or whatever in this creator space.

I was around so many talented filmmakers and storytellers they really inspired me to step my game out outside of the design sphere.

It also feels like a cheat code to have a network of dope individuals all around the world.

I feel like I can travel to Texas, New York, and even London now and have a creative homie to chop it up with. 

Even though we lost power the first few days it was so cool staying in these airstreams in the redwoods and getting to really bond without everyone staring at their phones.

It was also nice to hang with creatives who weren’t only designers. I love designers but it’s good to get multiple perspectives.

On the contrary, this shit inspired me to wanna make something like this of my own for us designers.

Imagine a cool meet-up at an Airbnb with 20+ designers👀

I may be plotting something like this with the homie Oversettext… so look alive.

This is just a small yap though about this overall trip and I got a full-length video coming out on the YouTube Channel cooking up so stay tuned for that as well.

hmmmmm what else…..

Oh yeah and I got to try the “world’s best beer” lol
I swear I was happier than the photo seems.

For now, I’m going to get back into the studio and ride this creative wave until my Europe trip in March.
